Obviously I was blinded by #Gally hotel frustrations, it's the only way to explain all the typos and mistakes in this post. Rouges is now Rogues. (Thanks Paul!) and the 75th episversary was premature, it's actually episdoe 74. Thanks Chrissy.

My OH is a serious Who fan (well, who isn't here in the UK? Ok, not everyone), but after that episode she decided she had to try fish fingers and custard for herself. Due to being lactose intolerant she couldn't have any of the pre-packaged custards that we have over here, but she can have goat milk and I made some custard using that and Birds Custard Powder.

As a Christian, I too was a little surprised by the Gospel message being part of the movie, especially since I thought I would have seen that coming since I follow some publications that I thought would have given me a “heads up.” At any rate, I saw this movie twice, once in the dollar theater an afternoon I was off from work. My whole family watched it on dishonline, my employer’s website. I like going there to select movies for my family because I can see everything available online, on my receiver and on TV, while it lets me select the MP rating too. We enjoyed the film though for the inspirational message of not giving up, having hope and faith.

Well... I have found Wendy's chocolate Frosty's and French Fries are surprisingly good together. I suppose this could be okay, too. I just don't care for seafood in general; with or without custard.

I only got one picture of a Sherlock cosplayer (complete with Doctor Watson in tow, both female, very groovy) but the image apparently lens flared and turned completely orange. ...I'm going to blame Holmes' desire to remain anonymous. :-)

This is my first time listening to the podcast, and I listened because I wanted to reminisce about Gally (having already posted my own ramblings on my blog last week). :) What you had to say about LobbyCon/Thursday night really hit home for me. I was a first-time attendee this year, and I didn't actually get there till Friday morning. It took quite a while for me to feel anything resembling comfortable; I got that clique-ish vibe at first, too. I was able to overcome my natural shyness and start chatting up random people, though, and by the end I did feel like I was among friends. Can't wait for next year! [And no, it wasn't your fault!]

Thanks so much for rekindling my own memories! :)
